If you are unsure how to start charging, ask the installation team before using the equipment. Do not attempt electrical repairs yourself.

Keep the quote, payment record, handover documents, manufacturer instructions, and warranty documents.
Warranty coverage
Chargers we supply have the manufacturer's warranty for the duration it specifies. Repair or replacement follows the manufacturer's terms.
Installation and electrical workmanship have a two-year warranty. We repair or replace defective work covered by this warranty.
Utility verification after installation
We upload the installation photos and the charger COC certificate after installation. We submit these documents to the utility for verification.
