1. Data we collect

We collect only what we need to fulfil your request: your name, email, phone, city, the installation site address and coordinates (if you share them), your vehicle model, the site details you enter in the form, and any photos or videos you upload of the install location. We never ask for bank details or government IDs on this site.

2. How we use it

We use your details to review the request, prepare the quotation, contact you, and coordinate installation. You submit the electricity company application yourself in its app. After installation, we upload the installation photos and charger certificate of conformity for utility verification. Ask support about how your data is used for a particular request.

3. Who we share it with

Request details may be available to operations teams and organizations linked to the request, according to their access permissions. The platform uses service providers for hosting, data storage, and email delivery. Contact support with questions about who can access your request data.

4. Cookies

We use cookies for sessions, form protection, language, and theme preferences. The platform may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure site usage. Deleting session cookies or local storage may remove access to a guest draft.

5. Security

The platform uses HTTPS in production, password protection, and access permissions for requests and files. Do not share passwords or verification codes. Contact support if you suspect a problem involving your data.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (subject to records we are required to keep, such as billing and compliance logs). Contact us at info@climch.com and ask about the next steps for your request.

7. Retention

Retention depends on the type of record, request status, and operational requirements. Contact support to ask about retention of your data or request its deletion.
