What to include
Share your question and request number if you have one. For an installation question, add the city and charger model if known. For a website problem, describe the page and error message.
Do not share passwords, authenticator codes, or payment credentials. Avoid sending unrelated personal information in photos or documents.
Check a request status
Use Track my request with the request number and the email used to submit it. If you submitted while signed in, you can also open My Requests.
