Terms of service

Welcome to Climatech Charger. By using this site and submitting an EV charger installation request, you agree to the terms below. Read them carefully before you begin.

1. Service description

The platform lets you send a home EV charger installation request in Saudi Arabia. The team reviews your details and confirms the scope and next steps with you. Submission does not confirm a permit or installation appointment, or place a charger purchase order.

2. Eligibility

You must be the property owner or formally authorised by them, and at least 18 years old. You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you are entitled to grant our team access to the site for survey and installation.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, give access to the electrical panel and installation location at the agreed time, and disclose any known electrical or structural constraints at the site. Inaccurate or incomplete information may delay the installation or change the price.

You submit the charger installation application in the electricity company's app and receive a request number before approval. The number does not confirm approval or assign the installation to us. After approval, you select Albadail as your installation company. After installation, we upload the installation photos and charger certificate of conformity and submit them for utility verification.

4. Pricing and estimates

You send the website request without payment. We send you a quotation to review and approve. After you approve it, you pay 100% of the agreed amount before work begins. Ask us to explain any change in scope or cost before agreeing to it.

5. Installation

Confirm site requirements, approvals, and the installation appointment with the team before arranging the work. A preferred date in the form is not a confirmed booking.

Chargers we supply have the manufacturer's warranty for the duration the manufacturer specifies. Repair or replacement follows the manufacturer's terms.

We provide a two-year warranty on our installation and electrical workmanship. We repair or replace defective work covered by this warranty.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Contact support to confirm the cancellation and refund terms that apply to your request. Cancelling a request in the platform does not automatically confirm a refund. Any fees or conditions specific to your request need to be clarified before you proceed.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability is capped at the amount you have paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as downtime or lost time). We do not warrant the continuity of the property's electrical infrastructure or the actions of third parties (Saudi Energy, the property provider, the hardware manufacturer).

8. Intellectual property

The platform's content, logo, and code are owned by Climatech Charger and may not be reused or copied without written permission. Photos and data you upload remain yours; we use them solely to deliver the service in line with our Privacy policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The current version is published here, with the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes are communicated by email to the address on file. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute is referred to the competent courts in Riyadh. The Arabic-language version prevails in case of any conflict between language versions.
