Complete the two screens
- Your details: add your name, phone number and email, pin the installation location on the map, and enter your EV's make and model.
- Get your quote faster: check the summary of your details, then add what you have: your SE request number, site photos, and any notes. All of it is optional. If you have applied in the SE app, enter the request number. The number does not confirm approval or contractor selection.
Your draft is saved as you go. For a guest draft, keep using the same browser. To open the requests in your account, sign in.
You submit the utility application yourself. After utility approval, select Albadail as the installation company in the app. Read utility application guidance for the steps.
After sending
Keep the website request number issued after submission. This is separate from your utility application number. Use Track my request with the website number and the email you entered, or open My Requests if you submitted while signed in.
The team reviews your details and confirms the scope and next steps. The form is a request for installation. It does not place a charger purchase order or confirm charger supply. Ask support about equipment options for your request.
Before work begins
Sending the website request does not require payment. We review your request and send you a quotation. After you approve it, we send the payment instructions. Pay 100% of the agreed amount before work begins. Read payment guidance.
Confirm any site visit and the installation date with the team. Photos do not guarantee that a visit will be unnecessary.
Warranty coverage
Chargers we supply have the manufacturer's warranty for the duration it specifies. Repair or replacement follows the manufacturer's terms.
Installation and electrical workmanship have a two-year warranty. We repair or replace defective work covered by this warranty.
