Sign in to your own SE account

Open the Saudi Energy (SE) mobile app.

Sign in to your own account and submit the initial application yourself.

Go to Services and scroll down

Open the Services section.

Scroll down to New Services.

Choose “EV Charging”

Under New Services, select EV Charging.

Select “Get Started”

Select Get Started to begin the approval request.

Set Usage Type to “Personal Use”

Select Personal Use.

Read the acknowledgment and terms before agreeing.

Select Next Step.

Select the correct account number

Choose the electricity account for the home where the charger will be installed.

The app then fills in Breaker Capacity and Voltage Type automatically.

Choose “Residential”

In the Premise Type field, select Residential.

The app then fills in Construction Area and Total Area Loads automatically.

Review your account details

The app fills in these account details automatically.

Review your own information, then select Next Step.

Select “AC” for charger type

Select AC in the Charger Type field.

This guide is for residential AC charger applications.

Select your charger brand

Choose the manufacturer or model listed on your charger datasheet.

Select the matching option. The brands listed in the PDF are only examples.

Choose the compatible power rating

Select the power rating that matches your charger datasheet.

7.4 kW, 11 kW and 22 kW are examples shown in the PDF.

Enter the number of chargers required, then select Next Step.

Confirm the supply and charger rating with Climatech Charger before submission.

Attach the charger’s technical datasheet

Upload the correct charger technical datasheet, as shown in the app.

Read the Terms & Conditions before accepting them. Select Submit.

After installation, Climatech uploads the charger COC certificate with the installation photos.

Keep the reference for follow-up

After submission, the app displays your request number.

Save it and use Track request to follow the status.

A request number is not approval and does not assign a contractor.

Open “My requests”

Open Account in the bottom menu.

Under Requests & Tracking, select My requests.

Choose “Electrical requests”

Find the Electrical requests section.

Select Next to view your charger request.

Find your charger request

Enter your own reference in Search Reference Number.

Find the matching request and select More info.

Review the request status

Check Current Request Status and Request Details.

After utility approval, the app may show Choose Contractor. This is a status label.

Scroll down to Contractor selection.

Open the contractor list

After utility approval, scroll to Contractor selection.

Open the Contractor dropdown.

Select Albadail

For Climatech installation, select Albadail from the Contractor list.

The entry shown in the app is:

alshirka albadail almumayaza For Energy

Check this name before saving your selection.

Save your contractor selection

Check that the selected contractor is the Albadail entry shown in the previous step.

Select Modify Request to save your selection.

Check the update confirmation

Look for Request updated successfully.

Monitor your own request in My requests.

Waiting for contractor acceptance does not confirm installation completion or final utility verification.
